The snow itself was fine, but the grooming was rough for most of the day. There were a lot of bumps and messy patches on runs I expected to be smooth, and that part was weird for a place like Aspen Snowmass. i was expecting better

I bought my tickets through aspensnowmass.com the pass ended up being a good deal for how much we skied. I did feel a little pressured to book ahead because prices were only going up and I didn’t want to risk paying more later, but it actually worked out. It’s still ski resort pricing, so not exactly cheap, but we saved some money and using it at the lifts was easy. Overall, smooth experience and I’d probably buy through them again.

I gave it 4 stars because parking threw me off a bit at first, and I had to trust my gut on where to go. Once I got past that, the shuttle and buses were easy to use. I didn’t have to wait too long, and getting around ended up being fine

Not gonna lie, the place had a really nice vibe and looked pretty, but it felt a bit too crowded for me to fully enjoy it.

I had a good time overall. Some of the runs were really fun, but others felt kind of dull, and the terrain was a bit uneven in spots.

I had a hard time getting straight answers from customer service. I kept getting sent to this person and that person, and it never really felt like anyone was actually helping. The mountain itself was fine, but that whole support experience could definitely be better.

I booked lift tickets through Aspen Snowmass, it was kind of a pain. The site looks nice and all, but trying to find the right dates, prices, and ticket options took click after click after click.

Checkout was where it got even more confusing. I had to keep going back because some of the info just wasn’t clear, and a few pages loaded slow, slow enough that I started worrying I might mess up the whole booking.
I did get the tickets booked in the end, so it worked, but for what you’re paying, I really expected the website to be smoother. Not awful, just frustrating, frustrating in a way it really didn’t need to be.

I had a really good day at Aspen Snowmass. I’m always a little unsure of myself on bigger mountains since I’m not exactly an expert skier, but the trails were clearly marked and that made a huge difference. Patrol was easy to spot, and the lift staff actually seemed to be paying attention while people were loading, which I appreciated. The snow reports seemed accurate too, at least from what I could tell. Overall, I felt safe moving around all day and would definitely go back.

The kids loved every ski lesson, which was a nice surprise. Because apparently listening to an instructor is way more fun than listening to their parents say the exact same thing.

The lodge was nice overall. My room was clean and the bed was really comfortable, which I appreciated. Compared to a few other places I’ve stayed, it felt a bit on the pricey side for what you get, but it was still a pleasant stay

We rented skis through Aspen Snowmass for our trip it was really easy. Pickup didn’t take no time at all, and the staff helped me get boots that actually fit right. Everything was ready when we showed up, which was a relief. I’m not exactly some pro skier, so I liked that they didn’t make it all confusing or complicated. Returning the gear was just as simple too. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

Getting to the lifts was straightforward, and the lines were shorter than I expected most of the day. It wasn’t perfect or anything, but I definitely wasn’t standing around forever.

My kids had a blast, and it made the whole trip feel really easy and stress-free for us

We tried a handful of places around Snowmass during our trip, the food was mostly fine. Some of the quick lunch spots were actually good, but a couple meals were just okay for what they charged?!

Service kind of depended on where we went too. Nobody was rude or anything, but things definitely slowed down when it got busy. It’s nice having options right on the mountain, I just expected a little more variety and better value overall.
